Crate-Trained: Sleeps through the night, naps in his crate

Cooper is a ball of sweetness and kisses. He has never met a stranger. He loves kids and isn't phased by unexpected noises. He is hesitant around dogs he doesn't know, but will adjust. He loves our cat. He does well on leash.

Rose is very social and outgoing. She LOVES children and is used to our outdoor cat. She is confident in the face of unexpected sights and sounds. She is a bit hesitant around dogs she doesn't know, but will warm up.

Lewis is a born snuggler. He is a quieter pup, the first to settle down. He would be best in a home with older kids. He enjoys my grandkids, but takes longer to adjust to sudden sights and sounds. Since young children produce sudden sights and sounds all the time, he'd be happier visiting and not living with them. He loves people, but is more hesitant around dogs he doesn't know. He is used to our outside cat hanging around.

Currently, there are 3 size ranges of the breeds, defined by measuring from the ground to the wither, the highest point on the dog’s shoulder blades.
Miniature: Between 14 and 16 inches, typically under 25 pounds
Medium range: Between 17 and 20 inches, typically 25-45 pounds
Standard range: Between 21 and 24 inches, typically over 45 pounds
